The invention discloses a board sorting system for an artificial board production line. The board sorting system includes an upper computer, a lower computer, and a production on-site device being connected to the lower computer. The upper computer is a monitoring computer and the lower computer is a PLC. A virtual process flow, of which the steps are corresponding to those in a practical process flow of a sandling production line, is established in a control program of the PLC. A data module is established in the program, wherein position information of boards on the sandling production line is obtained through a photo-electric sensor and then is sent to the data module, thereby obtaining quality problem information of the boards through a plurality of manual operation buttons which are corresponding to the artificial board having different quality problems respectively and further sending the quality problem information to the data module in the virtual process flow. By means of the system, position and quality information of the boards can be sent to a board delivery and stacking position and be displayed. The system allows a quality inspector to determine the particular positions of boards having quality problems very clearly, thereby quickly and accurately guiding an auxiliary worker who sorts the boards to accurately sort the boards having quality problems.
