The invention discloses a method for controlling broken ice accumulation at a jacket platform wellhead area by adopting underwater jet stream. The method comprises the following steps of respectively carrying out point injection on a wellhead area middle part deviating from the geometric center of the wellhead area, positions, close to four angular points, of the inner side of a waterproof sleeve array, an area at which an ice breaking cone and the waterproof sleeve array are crossed and a broken ice key accumulation area by adopting vertically upward continuous high-pressure airflow at a preset elevation below the sea level; and enabling the continuous high-pressure airflow to generate a gas explosion effect and a gas-water two-phase turbulence effect within the whole elevation of the corresponding jetted area, wherein at a free water surface, blasting energy and influence range for pushing broken ice blocks to withdraw to a far end are provided. According to the method, basic conditions, on which a broken ice accumulating process at the wellhead area depends, can be directly broken, so that a water accumulating process for broken ice blocks loses a quick development source base. For a jacket platform at a shallow-water heavy ice area in China, prevention and control over floating ice accumulation in front of the wellhead area are carried out.
