The invention discloses a packaging device of a fiber bragg grating temperature sensor. The packaging device comprises a base body, a base body shell and a fiber bragg grating; the base body is provided with a center groove along an axial center, two ends of the center groove are respectively provided with fiber bragg grating pasting grooves, a first hyperboloid and a second hyperboloid are symmetrically and respectively disposed on the base body relative to two side edges of the center groove, and the center of the first hyperboloid and the center of the second hyperboloid are respectively provided with a base body pasting face in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the base body; the base body shell is provided with base body pasting grooves in pasting fits with the base body pasting faces, a third hyperboloid and a fourth hyperboloid, and the third hyperboloid and the fourth hyperboloid are respectively in fit connection with the first hyperboloid and the second hyperboloid; and the fiber bragg garting is pasted to the center groove of the base body, pasting positions are at the fiber bragg grating pasting grooves, the base body and the base body shell are in an interference fit through the hyperboloids, and the base body pasting faces are pasted to the base body pasting grooves. The packaging device guarantees high sensitivity and the wide temperature measurement scope of the fiber bragg grating temperature sensor.
