The invention provides a laser ranging positioning method for an RTK receiver. The method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting a laser ranging forward intersection function observation mode, and presetting a point C to be measured; 2) selecting a first observation point A, carrying out laser radar point-to-be-measured aiming at the first observation point A and carrying out measurement to obtain RTK coordinate, attitude angle and distance; 3) selecting a second observation point B, carrying out laser radar point-to-be-measured aiming at the second observation point B and carrying out measurement to obtain RTK coordinate, attitude angle and distance; 4) carrying out forward intersection calculation, selecting measurement data of the first observation point A and the second observation point B, and calculating the coordinate of the point C to be measured; 5) finishing laser ranging observation and returning to a conventional measurement mode; and 6) repeating the steps from 1) to 5), and measuring the coordinate of the next point to be measured. The method solves the problem of non-contact measurement; and the method is simple and easy to use and good in real-time performance.
