The invention discloses an intelligent substation relay protection remote test system comprising a remote control terminal, a relay protection tester, a switch, and a local control terminal. The remote control terminal comprises a remote control system for issuing a test starting instruction and a telecontroller connected with the remote control system. The relay protection tester is arranged inside an intelligent substation, the enable end of the relay protection tester is connected with the telecontroller through the switch to receive the test starting instruction transmitted by the telecontroller, multiple output ends of the relay protection tester are correspondingly connected with test interfaces of a variety of protection devices inside the intelligent substation, and the input end of the relay protection tester is connected with network interfaces of the protection devices through the switch. The local control terminal is arranged inside the intelligent substation, and a first output end of the local control terminal is connected with the enable end of the relay protection tester through the switch. By adopting the technical scheme, the efficiency of test during protection device debugging is improved.
