The invention provides mesoporous zirconium phosphate-loaded nanosilver antibacterial polyamide fiber and a preparation method of the mesoporous zirconium phosphate-loaded nanosilver antibacterial polyamide fiber. The mesoporous zirconium phosphate-loaded nanosilver antibacterial polyamide fiber is characterized by being prepared from a polyamide substrate, wherein Ag-coated mesoporous zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder is dispersed in the polyamide substrate. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the Ag-coated mesoporous zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder; adding raw materials comprising the Ag-coated mesoporous zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder and a polyamide reactive monomer into a polyamide reactor for carrying out in-situ polymerization to prepare a mesoporous zirconium phosphate-nanosilver antibacterial composite material; drying; finally spinning the antibacterial polyamide fiber carrying nanosilver on mesoporous zirconium phosphate through a melt spinning method. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple, effectiveness is realized, the cost is low, the effect is durable, and the application prospect is wide.
