The invention provides a manufacturing method of a guide plate for seed implantation. The method comprises the following steps of scanning a position to be scanned, and obtaining a medical image containing the position to be scanned; obtaining an image of an area-of-interest according to the medical image; reconstructing and obtaining a three-dimensional model of the area-of-interest according to the image of the area-of-interest; determining a virtual needle inserting path according to the three-dimensional model; obtaining the virtual needle inserting angle, the needle inserting position and the needle inserting depth according to the virtual needle inserting path; conducting reversal design according to the three-dimensional model of the area-of-interest and the virtual needling inserting path, the needling inserting position and the needle inserting angle, and generating a guide plate model; conducting entity printing on the guide plate model through the rapid prototyping technology, and obtaining the guide plate for seed implantation. The guide plate for seed implantation obtained through the method is simple in structure and convenient to operate, a doctor can be guided to achieve accurate seed implantation, and operation time can be shortened. The invention further provides the guide plate which is used for seed implantation and manufactured according to the method and a seed-implantation-used device containing the guide plate for seed implantation.
