The invention relates to the technology of extraction and preparation of high grade lincomycin. A new techniical working process is investigated to extract effectively the lincomycin from the fermentation liquid, but on the contrary, the B constituent is rarely extracted. The extraction of the invented technology is divided into two steps. In first step, the various long chain alcohol and neutral phosphorous (phosphine) can be used. The prepared reverse extraction liquid in first step uses alkali to adjust the pH to weak alkalinity, and goes on continuous or intermission process with high selected neutral phosphorous (phosphine) to complete the second step of extract the hydrochloride. After reverse extraction, the lincomycin solution whose effective valent is 200-350 thousand unit/ml. can be obtained directly. As soon as the acetone low temp. (less than 5 deg.C) crystal is added the supeior lincomycin hydrochloride salt product with low B constituent is obtained.
