The high-permeation type optical barrier film comprises a PET optical film, and is characterized by further comprising an SiO coating uniformly attached to the two surfaces of the PET optical film. According to the invention, the SiO coating is attached to the surface of the PET optical film and the SiO coating has the functions of an original high-barrier film and an antireflection (AR) coating so that the product provided by the invention is enabled to have both high obstruction performance and also good antireflection performance. The overall obstruction performance of the film provided by the invention reaches 10<-1> to 10<-3>g/m<2>/day, at the same time, the reflectivity is further reduced, the light transmittance is greatly enhanced, and the full-light transmittance can reach more than 94%.
