The invention discloses a concrete engineering construction method under desert region extreme temperature difference conditions; the method comprises the following steps: 1, proportioning concrete; 2, controlling concrete initial temperature: controlling out-of-machine temperature of real casting concrete to be under 30 DEG C, and controlling concrete casting temperature to be under 35 DEG C; 3, casting the concrete. The method employs temperature control measurements in the whole process so as to compensate concrete contraction, thus greatly reducing concrete cracking; in addition, secondary plastering is carried out after concrete initial set, and timely covering and watering maintenance are carried out so as to effectively prevent concrete crack generation; the method can prevent large area crack phenomenon, and basically stop deepening and penetrating cracks.
