本发明公开了一种柳氮磺吡啶的纯化方法。该纯化方法为，首先对柳氮磺吡啶粗品中以由二甲基亚砜和水所组成的混合液，而后加入碱，使其溶解形成溶液；接着加入酸调节，保温一段时间，再冷却至0～5℃，得到粗晶体；最后，在碱的加入下溶解于水中，再脱色，过滤，而后加酸进行酸析出晶体，干燥该晶体，从而提高产品的纯度，保证了收率。

The invention discloses a purification method for salazosulfapyridine. The purification method comprises the steps: firstly, adding a mixed solution of dimethyl sulfoxide and water to a salazosulfapyridine crude product, then adding an alkali, and making the alkali to be dissolved to form a solution; next adding an acid, adjusting, carrying out heat preservation for a period of time, then cooling to 0-5 DEG C, and thus obtaining a coarse crystal; and finally, dissolving the coarse crystal in water with addition of the alkali, decoloring, filtering, then adding the acid, carrying out acidification to obtain a crystal, and drying the crystal, so as to improve the product purity and ensure the yield.
