The invention discloses an electronic product middle frame and a manufacturing method thereof. The electronic product middle frame comprises an aluminum alloy middle frame base material, a first gradient layer, a second gradient layer and a third gradient layer, wherein the first gradient layer, the second gradient layer and the third gradient layer are sequentially formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy middle frame base material from interior to exterior. The first gradient layer is formed by coating metal-ceramic composite powder comprising, by weight percentage, 80%-85% of Al and 15%-20% of TiB2. The second gradient layer is formed by coating metal-ceramic composite powder comprising, by weight percentage, 45% -55% of Al and 45% -55% of TiB2. The third gradient layer is formed by coating metal-ceramic composite powder comprising, by weight percentage, 15% -20% and 80% -85% of TiB2. The electronic product middle frame has the high strength and high wear resistance, and has a better appearance effect compared with an anodized aluminum middle frame after surface polishing is performed.
