The invention provides a lookup table circuit for a single-particle reinforced field programmable gate array (FPGA). The lookup table circuit comprises single-particle reinforced static random access memory modules DICE, two-input multiplexers MUX and a buffer BUFF. A multiplexer with a selectable latch function can be realized. Due to configuration of a corresponding storage unit, the lookup table (LUT) can be used for realizing the multiplexer with the latch function, a multiplexer without the latch function and a normal lookup table. When the multiplexer with the selectable latch function is realized, the logic resource occupation rate can be remarkably lowered as a lot of multiplexers need to be realized in use of the single-particle reinforced FPGA, so that a better choice for realizing a lot of multiplexers is provided for a user of the single-particle reinforced FPGA in logic design.
