The invention relates to a platform for assisting the disassembly and assembly of an oil-charge electrical equipment respirator of a transformer station, and the platform comprises a supporting arm, a pedestal assembly, and a vertical column assembly which is vertically disposed on the pedestal assembly. The supporting arm is slidingly connected with the vertical column assembly, so as to enable the supporting arm to move up and down in the length direction of the vertical column assembly. The outer end of the supporting arm is provided with a respirator holder, and the respirator holder comprises a left support and a right support, wherein the left and right supports are arranged horizontally. The distance between the left and right supports is matched with the size of a bottleneck below a respirator flange. The bottom of the pedestal assembly is provided with a universal wheel. The platform is simple in structure, is more convenient to install and disassemble, is safe and reliable when the platform is used for disassembling or installing a silica gel respirator or replacing silica gel in the respirator, cannot cause the falling of the respirator or the damage to the respirator, saves a large amount of manpower, and changes the mode of operation through at least two persons into the mode of operation through one person.
