The invention provides an insulated operating rod. The insulated operating rod comprises: a main rod body; an insulated part, which is connected to one end of the main rod body; a joint, which is connected to the insulated part, the front end of the joint having a first connecting end; and multiple operating tools, each of which is provided with a second connecting end that matches the first connecting end. The multiple operating tools are selectively connected to the joint in a detachable manner by means of the second connecting ends and the first connecting end. The multiple operating tools correspond to different operating environments, and can be selectively utilized according to on-site specific situations. Therefore, the insulated operating rod has a wider range of applications.
