The invention relates to an integrated valve and a circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism with the integrated valve. The circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism comprises a work cylinder, an oil pump, the integrated valve and a control valve. The integrated valve comprises a valve body and a valve element assembly. The valve element assembly comprises an outer valve element and an inner valve element arranged in the outer valve element. The valve body is provided with a control opening, an oil drainage opening, an oil supply opening and a work opening. The valve element assembly is provided with an opening station which enables the work opening and the oil drainage opening to be communicated and enables the inner valve element to separate the work opening and the oil supply opening. The valve element assembly is further provided with a closing station which enables the outer valve element to separate the work opening and the oil drainage opening and enables the inner valve element to be communicated with the work opening and the oil supply opening. The technical problems that in the prior art, an oil supply valve and an oil drainage valve are independently arranged, and consequently the occupied valve body space is large, and the size of a circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism is large are solved; space is saved; and the circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism is integrated better and is smaller in size.
