The invention discloses a medicine composition for treating bovine eperythrozoonosis. Each 50 ml of the medicine composition is prepared from 0.25-2.5 g of stem and astragalus root extract, 0.2 ml of an acid adjusting agent, 5 ml of cosolvent and the balance solvent. The invention further provides a preparation method of the medicine composition. The medicine composition for treating bovine eperythrozoonosis and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the stem and astragalus root extract is prepared into injection, and due to the fact that the stem and astragalus root extract belongs to natural medicine, the medicine composition has the advantages of being free of pollution, small in toxic and side effect and little in residual amount of poison, has a good curative function after being used for treating bovine eperythrozoonosis and is capable of avoiding antibiotic medicine.
