The signal processing module (20) comprises a falling detection unit (202) configured to perform analysis processing according to the collected human-body posture data, barometric-pressure height data, and pressure data and determine a human-body fall status, and output a first signal to the alarm module when determining that the human body falls. The alarm module (24) is used for generating alarm information according to the first signal and outputting same. The intelligent falling detection and alarming apparatus and the processing method thereof have higher falling detection accuracy by collecting three-axis acceleration, height and pressure data.
