The invention provides a temperature field experimental method for an engine cylinder head, and relates to a temperature field experimental method. The temperature field experimental method is used for solving the problem that the prior art cannot determine whether the eccentric wear fault of an engine valve is caused by excessive local temperature of an engine cylinder head. The temperature field experimental method comprises: selecting a plurality of test points on the cylinder head, wherein the positions of the test points includes a cylinder head high temperature point, a cylinder head low temperature point and a valve seat high temperature point; processing mounting holes at the test points, and installing a temperature sensor; installing the cylinder head with the temperature sensor on the cylinder body; installing the assembled engine on an experiment table rack; operating the engine to detect three leaking and performance; and according to the working condition, performing the test and data acquisition after guaranteeing that the state of the engine is normal. The temperature field experimental method for an engine cylinder head can provide powerful test data for the design of the engine cylinder head and the channel, and can preferably serve the development and accelerate the research and development process.
