本发明涉及一种电力系统备用量化评估方法,所述方法考虑了风电概率因素;所述方法包括以下步骤:获取风电基础数据;确定总风功率预测误差的半不变量;获取总风功率预测误差的置信度;确定可用发电能力的上限Pt,up和下限Pt,down;确定电力系统的上备用和下备用。该方法基于半不变量和级数分解,充分量化考虑各风电机组的功率预测误差,通过控制置信度水平进行风险管理,对各时段备用容量进行量化分析和评估,使得系统的风险值能够控制在合理的范围内,从而保证系统能够安全经济可靠运行。

The invention relates to an electric power system standby quantitative assessment method in which a factor of wind power probability is considered. The method comprises the steps of acquiring wind power basic data; determining a semi-invariant of the total wind power prediction error; acquiring the confidence of the total wind power prediction error; determining an upper limit P and a lower limit P of the available power generation capacity; and determining an upper standby and a lower standby of an electric power system. The method provided by the invention is based on the semi-invariant and series decomposition, fully considers the power prediction error of each wind turbine generator set in a quantitative mode, carries out risk management through controlling the confidence level, carries out quantitative analysis and assessment on the standby capacity of each time period, and enables a risk value of the system to be controlled within a reasonable range, thereby ensuring the system to operate safely, economically and reliably.
