The invention provides a method for preventing and treating coal and gas outburst. The method for preventing and treating coal and gas outburst is high in mechanical degree, large in safety coefficient and high in working efficiency, and the coal and gas outburst danger of the outburst dangerous coal seam is effectively prevented and treated.
