The invention discloses a dendrobium chrysotoxum seedling commercialized production method, and relates to the field of plant biotechnology. According to the invention, dendrobium chrysotoxum pods are adopted as explants; a modified Ma basic culture medium is adopted; peeled and mashed potato and mashed banana are added during various culture stages; and a dendrobium chrysotoxum sterile rapid propagation system is established, wherein the system comprises related technologies of selective breeding, culture medium preparation, bottled seedling culture, heel-in culture, and the like. With the method, problems of dendrobium chrysotoxum superior seedling source and seedling purity can be effectively solved. Compared to a conventional seedling tissue culture rapid propagation method, with the method, a seed germination rate is improved to higher than 98%, a production cost is reduced by 20%, a growth period is shortened by 60 days, a pollution rate is reduced by 5%, and seedling hardening and transplanting survival rates are improved to higher than 95%. With 60-90 days of heel-in culture, the seedlings can be sold or transplanted. Compared to a division propagation seedling planting method, with the dendrobium chrysotoxum seedlings provided by the invention, 5-7 new sprouts are increased in each cluster.
