In order to provide a pressure control valve that does not result in an increase in the number of parts and assembly steps, and that can prevent or suppress the occurrence of problems that produce abnormal noise by a pilot valve body vibrating from receiving the fluid pressure from a fluid and colliding with a pilot valve seat member when the pilot valve body is in the open valve position. This pressure control valve is provided with a main valve part that comprises: a main valve body; and a valve storing body that is equipped with a main valve seat for seating the main valve body, and that has a pilot chamber for slidably storing the main valve body. The pressure control valve is further provided with a pilot valve part that opens by the pilot valve body being separated from the pilot valve seat when the pressure inside of the pilot chamber surpasses a prescribed pressure, and that comprises: the pilot valve body; and a pilot valve seat member that is equipped with a pilot valve seat that can seat the pilot valve body. The pilot valve body is configured to have a hydraulic fluid passageway having a hydraulic fluid inlet that opens on the pilot chamber side, and at least three hydraulic fluid outlets that are formed at the opposite side from the side on which the hydraulic fluid inlet faces the pilot chamber and are formed in the direction of the pilot valve, the hydraulic fluid passageway having a shape in which each passage heading toward each of the hydraulic fluid outlets from the hydraulic fluid inlet is arranged at an equal angle.
