The invention relates to an automatic outbound centralized control framework and a control method thereof. The framework is characterized in that the control framework adopts three level systems which are a service application system, an automatic outbound core control system and an automatic outbound service system; the service application system is used for processing specific service data; when an automatic outbound task is executed, the outbound task is added in an outbound task pool; the automatic outbound core control system is used for processing the automatic outbound task; simultaneously, through the automatic outbound service system, a calling task is performed in real time; and a bridging interface is set between the automatic outbound service system and the automatic outbound core control system so as to realize intersystem data format conversion. Through the control framework formed by the three level systems, outbound automation and centralized control are realized; and applicability and expansibility of the system are enhanced and manpower cost of a calling team is reduced maximumly.
