The invention relates to the field of microbial technologies, in particular to a microbial strain for easing tebuconazole seed coating agent phytotoxicity, a bacterial preparation substance and application thereof. The microbial strain provided by the invention is Bacillus mucilaginosus. The bacterial preparation substance provided by the invention can enhance crop seed vigor, also can eliminate or alleviate the chemical pesticide phytotoxicity of the tebuconazole seed coating agent on crop seeds to a certain extent, and has certain application potential in the seed coating agent industry.
