The invention relates to the field of protein, in particular to a milk-borne bioactive polypeptide NQFYQKF derived from alpha s2-casein. Extensive and deep researches show that the bioactive polypeptide has antioxidation bioactivity and cellular immunity promotion activity; results of the researches show that the milk-borne bioactive polypeptide serving as a micromolecular substance has a potential aging delaying function. Additionally, results of simulative digestion experiments show that the bioactive polypeptide still stably exists under a common in-vivo digestion condition of animals, cannot be further degraded, can be directly absorbed and utilized by the animals, performs the bioactive function and has a great significance in development of dairy products, health-care products and medicines with the functions of antioxidation, improvement of immunity and aging delaying.
