The invention relates to the technical field of dust removal, and discloses a bilateral vibration and beating dust removal structure and system of a dust remover. The bilateral vibration and beating dust removal structure comprises a shell, high voltage discharge electrodes (1), dust collection electrode plates (2) and vibration and beating devices (3). A smoke channel (4) is formed in the shell, and the dust collection electrode plates (2) are arranged in the smoke channel (4) in the flowing direction of smoke and are electrically connected with the high voltage discharge electrodes (1); and as the vibration and beating devices (3) are arranged on the upstream sides and the downstream sides of the dust collection electrode plates (2) respectively, and the vibration and beating device (3) can move relative to the dust collection electrode plates (2) so as to vibrate and beat the dust collection electrode plates (2), dust captured on the dust collection electrode plates can be effectively and evenly cleared away, and the dust removal efficiency of the dust collection electrode plates is improved.
