The invention provides a fish culture test enclosure. The fish culture test enclosure comprises an annular closed area coaming which is formed in an end-to-end connection manner, wherein annular fasteners which are tightly connected with the coaming are arranged inside and outside the coaming, and each annular fastener is connected with a supporting column; the top of an annular area formed by the coaming in an encircling manner is provided with an anti-escaping facility, and the periphery of the anti-escaping facility is fixed in the annular fasteners at the uppermost layer inside the coaming; the interior and the exterior of the coaming are communicated with each other by virtue of a pipeline. Compared with the existing fish culture test enclosure, the fish culture test enclosure has the advantages of wide applicability, unlikeliness in deformation, reusability and capability of effectively preventing fish from escaping or being injured.
