The invention relates to a layering distribution coordination control method of reactive voltages of an active power distribution network. The method comprises: division of reactive voltage control levels and control regions is carried out on an active power distribution network; global optimization of reactive voltages of the active power distribution network is carried out; and real-time reactive voltage controlling is carried out on all control regions of the active power distribution network. According to the technical scheme, the method is suitable for reactive voltage control of a large-scale active power distribution network. On the basis of the layering distribution method provided by the invention, a multi-thread technology is applied to the optimization control computational process of the active power distribution network and parallel processing of computation and control is carried out on a plurality of control regions, thereby substantially improving the efficiency of reactive power analyses and control of the active power distribution network.
