A method for rock cross-cut coal uncovering under extremely complicated geological conditions includes the steps: (1) analysis of the geological conditions: judging whether a coal seam is an extremely complicated coal seam or not, dividing the extremely complicated coal seam into a grade I, a grade II and a grade III, and designing construction schemes correspondingly; (2) design of punching standards: designing that punching coal output volumes, in correspondence to the grade I, the grade II and the grade III, account for 2%, 3% and 4% of a total control volume respectively; (3) rough calculation of hydraulic punching parameters; (4) realization of rock cross-cut coal uncovering on the coal seam under the extremely complicated geological conditions. The method has the advantages that the problems of long period of rock cross-cut coal uncovering, high risk, difficulty in coal uncovering and the like unsolvable in the prior art under the extremely complicated geological conditions are solved by means of drilling, hydraulic punching, hole filling and the like, gas accumulation in punch holes and stress unbalance of the coal seam are avoided, the probability of occurrence of gas disasters is greatly lowered, and technical feasibility, safety, reliability, quickness and effectiveness in coal uncovering are realized.
