Due to the contact network ice melting control terminal capable of receiving data and dispatching instructions, the movable combined box type contact network ice melting current-limiting devices, and the movable combined box type contact network ice melting power-regulating device, high-current fast ice melting can be realized when a train is stopped, and low-current icing prevention can be realized when the train runs.
