The invention relates to a regional customer service work order detailed analysis method which is characterized by comprising the steps as follows: step 1, classifying customer service work orders; step 2, resolving the addresses in the customer service work orders; step 3, carrying out coordinate setting of the customer service work orders in a map according to the addresses; and step 4, counting the customer service work orders in a particular region according to coordinate setting. The regional customer service work order detailed analysis method of the invention has the beneficial effects as follows: the contact addresses in the customer service work orders are reflected on the map through address resolution and coordinate setting, which facilitates statistical analysis and greatly improves the efficiency; and visual operation is realized through aggregated analysis and map zooming, colors of different depth or different colors are used to indicate the number of work orders, a deeper color indicates more work orders, work order distribution under different levels of zooming can be displayed visually, emergency maintenance personnel can find out the address of a customer easily through navigation of a PDA or other electronic devices or by printing a map, and service staffs can find a customer easily and provide service better and faster.
