The invention provides a self-calibration method of a fluid flowmeter online detection device. The fluid flowmeter online detection device calibrated through the self-calibration method of the fluid flowmeter online detection device comprises a standard stainless steel straight pipe section, a detected portable ultrasonic flowmeter and a flow measuring and monitoring part. The method comprises the steps that 1, before the fluid flowmeter online detection device conducts on-site flow detection, verification or calibration is conducted on the flow measuring and monitoring part; 2, the fluid flowmeter online detection device is started, and meanwhile flow signals of the flow measuring and monitoring part and the detected portable ultrasonic flowmeter are read; 3, correction is conducted on the detected portable ultrasonic flowmeter according to the flow value of the flow measuring and monitoring part. According to the self-calibration method of the fluid flowmeter online detection device, the traceability gap of the fluid flowmeter online detection device is made up, and the accuracy and the reliability of the online detection device flow measurement are guaranteed.
