The invention discloses a control method of coolers in a pure water cooling system for high-power power electronic equipment. A temperature monitoring module, a cooler state monitoring module and a cooler control module for controlling the work states of all the coolers are adopted for cooler control. The method comprises the steps that 1, the temperature of a cooling medium in the cooling system and the work states of all the coolers are monitored in real time, and the running time of each cooler is calculated; 2, the collected temperature of the cooling medium in the cooling system and the calculated running time of all the coolers are compared with corresponding set values respectively, and comparison results are obtained; 3, the coolers are controlled to be started or stopped according to the temperature comparison result or the running time comparison result of all the coolers. The stability of the cooling system is improved.
