The invention discloses a dynamic foam insole material with high resilience. The material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 40 to 55 parts of EVA, 15 to 35 parts of first elastomer, 5 to 20 parts of terpolymer EP rubber, 5 to 20 parts of second elastomer, 3 to 8 parts of magnesium carbonate, 4 to 8 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5 to 0.8 part of an odorless bridging agent, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of zinc oxide and 0.5 to 1.0 part of stearic acid, wherein the foaming agent is a medium-temperature foaming agent and is in a granular shape, the first elastomer is HY-015 block poly(ether amide) and octylene grafted elastomer, and the second elastomer is POE elastomer. Compared with the prior art, as the HY-015 block poly(ether amide) and octylene grafted elastomer and the second elastomer are combined and then fused with EVA, physical indexes like resilience and compressibility of the insole material can be increased by 15 PHR, so a sole prepared from the insole material has further improved resilience and flexibility, and demands of people for resilience and flexibility of shoes are substantially met; and due to usage of the characteristic that the mesh number of the used magnesium carbonate can reach more than 3000, the prepared insole material has good texture.
