The sleeve type cold-rolled pulverizer comprises an outer barrel and an inner roller, wherein the outer barrel is fixed by a bracket and driven by an outer drive mechanism; the inner roller is also fixed on the bracket through an inner drive shaft; the outer drive mechanism and the inner drive shaft are both connected with a drive motor, the inner roller is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel and is in clearance fit with the outer barrel; cover plates are arranged on two sides of the outer barrel and movably connected with the outer barrel; holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the end surfaces of the inner roller, of the cover plates, two ends of the inner roller are supported in the holes in the cover plates respectively, and the inner roller are movably connected with the holes; a charging port is formed in one cover plate at one end, and a discharging port is formed in the other cover plate at the other end. The manufacture cost is low, the working efficiency is high, and the size is small.
