本发明涉及一种脓毒症的多种致病因子的吸附材料及制备方法和用途。该吸附材料由具有良好机械性能及血液相容性的载体和具有吸附多种病原体相关分子能力的配基偶联而成，能够有效地从血液等流体中吸附细菌内毒素、细菌基因组DNA、肽聚糖、磷壁酸、病毒RNA以及酵母多糖，特别在脓毒症的血液净化治疗中具有重要应用价值。

The invention relates to an adsorbing material for multiple pathogenic factors of sepsis as well as a preparation method and an application of the adsorbing material. The adsorbing material is formed by coupling a carrier with good mechanical performance and blood compatibility and a ligand with capacity of adsorbing multiple pathogen associated molecules, can effectively adsorb bacterial endotoxin, bacterial genome DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), peptidoglycan, teichoic acid virus RNA (ribonucleic acid) and zymosan from fluids such as blood and the like, and has great application value in blood purification treatment of sepsis.
