The planetary carrier assembly comprises two annular end plates and an annular-plate-shaped planetary carrier body located between the two end plates, the end plates and the planetary carrier body can be connected in a mutual overlapping state, a rotating shaft is formed in the middle of the sun gear, the sun gear penetrates through a through hole in the middle of the planetary carrier body, and the rotating shaft penetrates through the end plates and stretches out of the end plates. The gear rings are provided with inner teeth and outer teeth and arranged on the two sides of the planetary carrier body, the axes of the gear rings are symmetric about the axis of the planetary carrier body, the inner teeth of the gear rings are meshed with outer teeth of the sun gear, the tooth ring wraps the periphery of the planetary carrier body and is arranged between end covers, inner teeth of the tooth ring are meshed with the outer teeth of the gear rings, the end face of the sun gear and the surfaces of the end plates are connected in a relative rotating mode, the end faces of the gear rings are connected with the surface of the planetary carrier body and the surfaces of the end plates in a relative rotating mode, and the end face of the tooth ring and the surfaces of the end plates are connected in a relative rotating mode.
