The invention provides novel lipase. An amino acid sequence of the novel lipase is SEQ ID NO:1. The novel lipase AFLip provided by the invention can maintain more than 50% of enzyme activity in the pH range of 3.0-4.0 and the pH range of 6.0-7.0, has a wide pH application range, has strong tolerance under neutral and acidic conditions, has optimum operative temperature of 40-50 DEG C and can maintain more than 85% of enzyme activity in the temperature range of 30-50 DEG C. The lipase AFLip provided by the invention has better tolerance of gastric juice/pepsin and trypsin, can effectively adapt to the stomach and intestinal tract environments of animals and can maintain higher enzyme activity level, thus being more beneficial to application of the lipase AFLip to the field of feed additives. The lipase AFLip can achieve the effect of effectively increasing the utilization rate of grease substances in feeds, thus obviously increasing the feed intake and daily gain of broilers, reducing the feed conversion rate, improving the production properties of breeding animals and increasing the economic benefits. Therefore, the lipase AFLip has an extensive application prospect.
