The top of the material receiving box is provided with a feeding hopper communicated with the inside of the material receiving box, both sides of the material receiving box are respectively provided with a sludge cylinder and an extrusion shaft part, the other end of the sludge cylinder is connected to a machine head, which is provided with a machine opening, one end of the extrusion shaft is connected to one end of a helix, the other end of the extrusion shaft is connected to a planetary reducer, the other end of the helix extends into the machine head, the one helix end part located at the machine head end is equipped with an extrusion reamer head, and the planetary reducer is connected to a motor. Two sludge pressing plate shaft parts parallel to the helix are disposed above the helix in the material receiving box, the seam formed between the two sludge pressing plate shaft parts is right above the helix, and the two sludge pressing plate shaft parts are respectively connected to two deceleration motors. The oil sludge extrusion molding machine provided by the invention makes high oil content waste and low oil content oil sludge into flammable products, and plays an important role in maintaining normal production of oilfield, protecting the environment and recycling resources.
