The invention discloses a monitoring method for electric energy quality of a distributed power generation system. The monitoring method comprises the steps of: receiving electric energy quality data of a corresponding power generation system sent from an electric energy quality monitoring apparatus; preprocessing the electric energy quality data to obtain electric energy quality steady state data and electric energy quality transient state data; and displaying the electric energy quality steady state data and the electric energy quality transient state data. The method can monitor the electric energy quality of each power generation system in the distributed power generation system and can display the electric energy quality data for users to check conveniently.
