The invention discloses a method and system for recycling bamboo dust and application of an obtained product. The method includes the steps that 1, the bamboo dust is incompletely combusted to obtain smoke mingled with bamboo dust oil gas and bamboo charcoal; 2, the smoke mingled with the bamboo dust oil gas is cooled to obtain bamboo oil and part of non-liquefied smoke; 3, the bamboo charcoal, the bamboo oil and the non-liquefied smoke are collected. The invention further discloses the bamboo oil made through the method and system for recycling the bamboo dust. By adopting the method, on one hand, a large amount of bamboo oil and the bamboo charcoal in a certain shape can be obtained, efficient increment is obtained at a low cost, the increment space is large, and the benefits are remarkable; on the other hand, the smoke utilization rate is greatly increased, and environmental pollution is reduced.
