The invention relates to a lifting tool. The lifting tool comprises a cross beam extending left and right, wherein the left end and the right end of the cross beam are articulated with hook claws for clamping a workpiece when the hook claws are oppositely buckled in place; the lifting tool comprises locking parts used for locking the hook claws on the cross beam when the hook claws are buckled in place. According to the lifting tool, the left end and the right end of the cross beam are articulated with the hook claws; the hook claws are used for clamping the workpiece when the hook claws are oppositely buckled in place; the locking parts are used for locking the hook claws on the cross beam to finish mounting of the lifting tool; after lifting is finished, the locking parts are unlocked, and the hook claws rotate reversely, thereby finishing disassembling for the lifting tool. Compared with the manner of tying, knotting and opening the lifting rope, the working efficiency of lifting is improved.
