The invention provides a wireless communication technology-based power distribution terminal management system and an implementation method. Through application of an intelligent power distribution terminal employing 4G and bluetooth communication technologies, new application of the 4G communication technology in the field of a power distribution network, a wireless communication technology of the intelligent power distribution terminal and connection of a 4G network for accessing an external network server by a panel personal computer, standardized management on field operations is achieved; real-time fusion with background data is achieved through the 4G network in the operation process; timely intercommunication of a mobile system and a master station system of internet of things is ensured; and the intelligent power distribution terminal with the 4G communication technology achieves the field operations such as non-contact maintenance by the panel personal computer. Through the application of an intelligent power distribution network terminal with the 4G communication technology provided by the invention, the data transmission flexibility can be improved; a plurality of defects of the working field in the power industry can also be compensated; and further intelligentization, modernization and high efficiency of the power distribution terminal are achieved.
