The present invention discloses an equal delay transmission multifiber cable, comprising a multifiber optical fiber ribbon, an inner jacket, an aramid yarn and an outer jacket. The multifiber optical fiber ribbon includes a plurality of optical fibers and is molded once through the plurality of optical fibers in a mode of coating acrylates and then performing resolidification. The inner jacket is uniformly extruded around the multifiber optical fiber ribbon, a plurality of enhancing elements are arranged within the inner jacket, the aramid yarn is uniformly distributed around the inner jacket, and the outer jacket is uniformly extruded at the exterior of the aramid yarn. According to the invention, the multifiber optical fiber ribbon is molded once through the plurality of optical fibers in a mode of coating acrylates and then performing resolidification, in order to avoid a length difference caused by mutual movement among the optical fibers; and moreover, the relative stability among the optical fibers is improved through the positioning actions of the enhancing elements so as to allow the length difference among optical fibers in the optical cable to be less than 0.03%, therefore the synchronous transmission of the optical fibers is realized so as to avoid the problems of distortion and desynchrony of signals caused by too big delay inequality of the optical fiber transmission. The equal delay transmission multifiber cable is low in cost and high in reliability.
