The invention discloses a processing technology for combined drying of ginseng slices. The processing technology includes the steps that firstly, ginseng is pretreated; secondly, the ginseng slices are dried for 133 s with microwaves; thirdly, tempering drying is conducted, and then far infrared high-temperature drying is conducted; fourthly, natural cooling is conducted, and dried ginseng is obtained. An improvement is conducted based on a traditional drying technology, the drying mode of combining microwave drying and far infrared drying in series is conducted so that the loss of the quality of the prepared ginseng and internal nutrient ingredients can be lowered, the drying time is shortened, meanwhile, the drying mode is environmentally friendly, and energy consumption is low.
