An improvement is conducted based on a traditional drying technology, the drying mode of combining microwave drying and far infrared drying in series is conducted so that the loss of the quality of the prepared ginseng and internal nutrient ingredients can be lowered, the drying time is shortened, meanwhile, the drying mode is environmentally friendly, and energy consumption is low.
