The invention discloses a replaceable modularized comb-like seismic mitigation and isolation bearing and a preparation method thereof, which belong to the technical field of bridge bearing. The replaceable modularized comb-like seismic mitigation and isolation bearing is mainly characterized by comprising a bearing main body, wherein an upper bearing plate and a lower bearing plate are arranged on the bearing main body; a seismic reduction and energy consumption module, which is formed by a seismic reduction and energy consumption base and a seismic reduction and energy consumption plate, is arranged on the surrounding of the upper bearing plate; the seismic reduction and energy consumption base is connected with the upper bearing plate through a first bolt; a seismic reduction and energy consumption module baffle matched with the seismic reduction and energy consumption module is arranged on the surrounding of the lower bearing plate; the seismic reduction and energy consumption module baffle is connected with the lower bearing plate through a second bolt; and a trapezoidal comb whose tooth form is matched with the shape of the seismic reduction and energy consumption plate is arranged on the seismic reduction and energy consumption module baffle. The replaceable modularized comb-like seismic mitigation and isolation bearing disclosed by the invention is advantaged that fragile parts and energy consumption parts are modularized in case of an earthquake, the seismic mitigation and isolation bearing is conveniently and rapidly replaced, the cost needed to repair the bearing is reduced, and manpower, material and financial resources of the replaceable modularized comb-like seismic mitigation and isolation bearing are saved when being compared with a support which needs to be integrally replaced.
