An effort-saving lifting supporting system for a well lid is mainly composed of a base, a hydraulic supporting rod and a connection top seat. The upper portion of the base is connected with the hydraulic supporting rod which is arranged perpendicularly through a dual-lug connection seat. The connection top seat fixed at the bottom of a corresponding lid plate of the cable well lid is connected with the upper end of the hydraulic supporting rod. The hydraulic supporting rod is of a hydraulic air spring structure and filled with high-pressure nitrogen. One end of the connection top seat is connected with the hydraulic supporting rod, and the other end of the connection top seat is connected with the lid plate. The base is fixed at the bottom or the wall of a cable well so as to support the hydraulic supporting rod. The effort-saving lifting supporting system has the characteristics of being simple in structure, convenient and reliable to use, capable of reducing the labor intensity remarkably, reducing the labor cost and shortening emergency reaction time and the like.
