In a specific using process, the camera can be conveniently fixed at any position of the operation site by a technician so that the operation site can be monitored in all directions by the camera and the operation site can be conveniently supervised by a manager; and the on-site technician and the manager can communicate conveniently through the site intercom device and the management intercom device so that the manager is convenient to provide technical guidance for the on-site technician.
