The invention provides an automatic compensation type gapless well mouth sealing device which comprises a plurality of first sectioned type sealing rings, a primary sealing box, a plurality of second sectioned type sealing rings, a secondary sealing box and a connecting body. The primary sealing box is provided with a conical inner side wall and arranged outside the first sectioned type sealing rings in a sleeving manner. The second sectioned type sealing rings are located below the first sectioned type sealing rings. The secondary sealing box is provided with an inverted-cone-shaped inner side which is matched with an inverted frustum formed by the second sectioned type sealing rings in shape. The second sectioned sealing rings are sleeved with the secondary sealing box. The primary sealing box and the secondary sealing box are sleeved with an outer ring of the connecting body. The automatic compensation type gapless well mouth sealing device is good in sealing performance, leakage, pollution and potential safety hazards are avoided, no components need to be replaced within the period, and continuous, normal and safe production of an oil well can be ensured.
